Our postcode is BN2 1NA, 5 mins walk from the beach and 30 mins walk/10 mins drive from Brighton Station. We can provide parking permits on request. All amenities within a 5 min walk - café, restaurants, pub, supermarket, etc. Deliveroo & Uber Eats deliver here. WIFI available. Floorplans available on request.
House Rules
We are pretty flexible and happy to accommodate your requests. Timings flexible on request - hourly, short & long term hire available. As the house is on a residential street, we’d ask for music to not be too loud. Pets are welcome - please notify us.
Ground Floor
Double reception room with log-burner, original coving, antique chandeliers, painted floorboards and woodwork. Open plan kitchen-dining room with limestone floor, lime plaster walls and cupboards painted in F&B Hague Blue. Crittal doors to rear walled garden. Hallway with bleached floors, painted staircase with fitted carpet runner. Cloakroom.
First Floor
Spacious master bedroom with bespoke wardobes, 4 windows, Scandi floorboards, draping curtains and vintage furniture. Second double bedroom. Family bathroom with tiled shower, vintage sideboard, mid century lighting and large window.
Second Floor
Two large children’s bedrooms with built in wardrobes and eclectic vintage touches; one has an original fireplace. Bathroom with original cast iron, claw foot bath and separate shower with decorative tiles. Tumbled marble floor and mid century lighting.
Styling Props
The house is full of vintage homewares, which double as great styling props. You are welcome to incorporate them into your shoots as you wish. We also sell homewares via the Carma Home online store and can offer discounted prices if you wish to purchase items.
